Cancellation Policy

At Harmony Awakened PLLC, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: Notice Requirements: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Rescheduling made at least 24 hours before the appointment will not incur any fees. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may need an appointment. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service fee. No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances arise. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to work with you in such situations. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to provide the remaining service time without compromising the next client's session. The full session fee will still apply. Provider Cancellations: In the rare event that Harmony Awakened PLLC must cancel an appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule your session at a convenient time or provide a full refund of any prepaid fees. In such cases, any prepaid fees will be fully refunded. By scheduling an appointment with Harmony Awakened PLLC, you agree to adhere to this cancellation policy.
